Workshops

Held on the fourth Sunday of every month at Urambi Community Centre, our workshops bring together creativity, learning and connection through a diverse range of calligraphy styles, scripts and techniques. 

Led by talented local tutors and visiting guest tutors, workshops may run as a relaxed Sunday afternoon session, a full-day experience, or an immersive weekend event. Our workshops are open to both society members and community guests, and provide a welcoming environment for people of all skill levels to learn, create and share ideas.

For those who have no calligraphy experience, we recommend making an enquiry before booking a workshop. Our committee member will discuss with you which workshop or community class may be better suited to your skill level.
